You may request assistance within 7 days of delivery.
Our Approach
To provide faster resolutions and avoid long international return delays, we focus on practical solutions instead of traditional return processes.
This allows us to resolve issues more efficiently for our customers.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or resolution, items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Be in original packaging
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Fulfillment Model
Infinite Closet works with a global distribution network to ensure product availability and fast processing.
Depending on your location, your order may be shipped from a domestic or international fulfillment center.
For items fulfilled through our international logistics network, physical returns are not required due to operational limitations. In these cases, our support team may offer an alternative resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation and after the required verification process has been completed.
Size Assistance & Replacement
If the selected size does not fit as expected, we offer a replacement solution.
For items shipped from our international facilities, a replacement can be arranged with a $39 reshipping contribution.
Once processed, a new item will be shipped without requiring the original item to be returned.
Alternative Resolution Option
In some cases, our team may offer alternative solutions such as:
• Replacement at no additional cost
• Partial refund
• Store credit
• Exchange
• Full refund when approved
This depends on the situation and is evaluated individually to ensure fairness.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Our team may request additional photos, videos, or information to verify the case before offering a resolution.
Required Donation Verification
For certain refund, replacement, or exchange requests, especially when a physical return is not possible due to international fulfillment limitations, Infinite Closet may require the customer to donate the received product to an appropriate charity institution, donation center, shelter, nonprofit organization, or other official location that is specifically intended to receive this type of donation.
To complete this process, the customer must provide clear photos or videos showing that the product was left at the official donation location. The proof must clearly show the product and provide enough evidence that the item was properly donated.
If the institution provides a receipt, confirmation, or written statement of donation, this document must also be sent to our support team.
Donations made to friends, relatives, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, or any private individual will not be accepted as valid proof for refund, replacement, or exchange purposes. Donations must be made exclusively through appropriate official donation locations.
Infinite Closet reserves the right to reject any donation proof that does not clearly show the product, the donation location, or sufficient evidence that the item was properly donated.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will only be reviewed after all required proof, photos, videos, receipts, or donation confirmations have been received and approved by our support team.
Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Delivery issues caused by the carrier after shipment
• Refused deliveries
• Items showing signs of use
• Donation proof made to a private individual instead of an official donation location
• Missing, unclear, incomplete, or unverifiable donation proof
• Failure to complete the required verification process requested by our support team
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled shortly after being placed.
Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible.
